Last year, 102 families needed help to have a Thanksgiving meal.

We expect even more this year.

Did you know the food drives during the holiday season help sustain our food pantry ALL YEAR?

Thanksgiving is about family, friends and precious moments we spend together. However, some of the clients we see at CACDC won’t have a Thanksgiving meal to share with their family due to a lack of resources.

That’s why CACDC partners with the community to give families affected by child abuse a traditional Thanksgiving meal they deserve.

This year we will be changing the format. Due to construction on our new building and space constraints, we will be collecting gift cards to grocery stores and WalMart, donations, and non-perishable food items (see list below).

For more information, please contact Francine at programs@cacdc.org or (972)538-9659.

Donations are due November 9th and can be dropped off at our Lewisville location, 1854 Cain Dr.

You are so important to the

families in our community!
