Planned gifts can offer a way to make a more significant impact and create lasting change for families served at Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County.

To make a lasting impact on child abuse prevention in our community, please consider including CACDC in your estate plans through a variety of planned gift options.

  • Bequests – Bequests offer a way to leave a legacy after your lifetime. You may also establish a trust or annuity, which can provide income to you or a loved one while also benefiting CACDC.
  • Securities – Gifts of appreciated securities may offer more significant tax benefits than cash gifts. To have shares transferred to CACDC, please contact Mimi Bishop for instructions.
  • Real Estate – CACDC considers contributions of various types of real estate, including undeveloped land, farms, commercial buildings, vacation homes or residences. The tax benefits for capital gain properties may be more significant than for cash gifts. Please consult with your tax advisor to learn more about donations of real estate.
